Monkey Melone is one of the bosses of the so called "b-b-cartell" ((what the hell means b-b?).
No one know his real, and couse of hes wheird hat the people gave him the surename monkey melone. The other thing that maked him realy famous was his indescribable brutality.
But basicaly saying I know that only from storys. It is that only a few peoply who saw him survived.
