Miso Tofu loves cool,dry,damp rooms with no light. Miso Tofu is a fragile firm piece of tofu that has some problems with crumbling when hanled to harshly. After many months as a solid family, a cook cuts them into cubes adn places them in an oven but many of his brotheren. After 15-20 minutes many of them die but some live and are placed in a bowl with Miso soup and served.
