Hello friend! This is Weapony! I contact you because I would like to invite you to participate in caracteria, a group exhibition that I am preparing in my city as a part of a festival driven by the trends of urban culture. There will be also live music, break dance, graffiti exhibitions, etc. .. caracteria will be opened on December the 20th in the cultural center of Burlada (Spain) and will end on January the 3rd. The exhibition will consist of two parts: 1. A sample of work carried out by two local artists (Pin and Nesh) and myself. 2. A sample of work of different illustrators who want to participate. If you are interested send me an e-mail with your character design on a white background (several characters also accepted). This character will be printed on a thick paper as a part of a composition. The dimensions of the support will be 50cm high x 30cm wide. Thanks you. I was very proud of the Bird Bastard, but it was also the catalyst for moving to simpler approaches. He recieved very little attention. It was hard to determine if this was because he was so hard to see in the 500 x 500 limitation we are given or if less detail is easier for others to digest. Maybe it was a little of both, maybe niether. At any rate, I appreciate the adoption. :)

mr lunchbox, i know very well that im in mojizu and this is more on ratings and war so the competition is the norm here. but i,ve got to tell you that i make characters for the sake of just making them, im not looking forward to wars and stuff, well yes it makes me happy when my moji makes it to the war but thats just it, i even admired you at first because you seem to know and teach me some of your points in making characters, but i got pissed when i got on the third round and you got upset because my character is advancing, i know you dont like my bunny, since the 2nd round, and i dont have to please you with it,the point here is if youre telling me to quit commenting "ignorant" comments, you might as well STOP writing negative and selfish comments because it doesnt help others, instead atleast you can "atleast" TRY working on writing "constructively" about the works of others. it could really help. and i hope this thing ends here. its tiring.

thanks for the comment and crit' - greatly appreciated and love your characters - they all rock. I did include the bg on the bear in the woods pic because it was not so much the focus on the character, as it was to focus on a bear drinking beer watching football in the woods. Just a funny concept and the backdrops were part of the character and just used to enhance. I know bg's are not the norm, so I tried to make sure to use a minimal amount??? thanks again man!
