Beacon is a homeless person who doesn't remember anything about his past. Just that one rainy day a kind old man offered him a yellow raincoat which could glow brightly when he needed it to. Stopping his first mugger, he realizes that with great fashion comes great responsibility, he took to the streets(not that he was not there already) to deal out his own brand of justice.
