Dandy Randy loves to frolick in the meadows and collects dandelions. He often visits children's hospitals and leaves one dandelion on each sick child's pillow while he/she is still asleep.
Even though Dandy Randy doesn't have any super powers, the dandelions he gives to children tend to cure them =)
