Ninja Bobo was born a midget. He can't move on rooftops like the other ninjas so he was expelled from the Ninja Academy. However, he did not give up. He is determined to be a Master by using his own way to complete all the tasks required to become a qualified ninja. He gives a lot of credit to his owl "ToTo", who scans the target location inside- out making it easier for Bobo to complete his mission.
