Gadrielle, is one of the lowest host of angels, and isn't much use at anything other than flying around and being good. His job is too keep an eye on things and let God know if he see's Satan or any of his minions up to anything suspicous, which they mostly are.
He hopes one day God will recognize his strengths and promote him to the status of cherub.
