Personality
He's loud, opinionated, and obnoxious, not unlike many political DJ's. However, he's just a rat, so his opinions and angry rants don't make a whole lot of sense. In this was he is also like a lot of political DJ's. He can be heard shouting things like "FLOSS! THE FLOSS IS A LIE!! WHY DO WE TOLERATE THE OPPRESSION OF THE CHEESE MONGERS!!!"
