An English/ German hybrid, born in Kenya in 1977, Serge grew up travelling between the UK and Asia, where his exposure to modern Chinese art, Mad magazine, a diet of MTV and the dangerous life of a foreign correspondant father, fuelled his desire to become an illustrator. After studying Graphic design at Camberwell college of art he started working inhouse at The Cartoon Network and now works freelance from his studio in East London and is building an ever evolving list of clients including MTV, Vh1, Volvic, Orange, JWT, Leo Burnett,John Brown Citrus publishing, 3mobile, Honda, Virgin, The Guardian and NME magazine.
