Mortimer and Lazlo are the best of buddies. Kind of the dark Bo and Luke. There is nothing they like more than hopping in to their hotrod and burning up the road. Yes they get pulled over a lot, yes they have had their license revoked (how Lazlo or Morty got a license in the first place is beyond me. A cat or the ghost of a little kid getting a license?) but they still tear up the roads looking for fun and adventure.
