Shadow Pulse is a creature of fantasy and mythology. It drifts out when the sun goes down, in ghost form, near invisible to the naked eye. It uses the moonlight to fuse with the shadow of its victims. after becoming one with the shadow it drains the host of all bio-electric energy in the brain. it can then phase out of ghost form and into its physical form. Once in physical form it wanders around stealing any electric or magnetic energy it can find using ectocybernetic functions of its arms, and a staff that can locate the energy. It is generally mischievous and easily agitated. Depending on the power of the charge it gets from its victims, it can stay in physical form for about 3 hours.
