Cat Bandit will only appear when a bird's death is near or has already happened. His primary job is to direct departed bird-souls, much like the Grim Reaper, in the right direction to migrate towards their soul-resting places...although he was never known to do his job quickly until after he scares his victims spitless.
Known as the 'Cat Bandit' for his sly and mischievous demeanor, Cat Bandit can only be seen by those who have never witnessed or thought of death of any sort, mostly pertaining to young children. He dislikes anything that may bring joy or cheerfulness.
