Well, ZZZ is all about sleeping, and laying around never progressing. TV is a good friend to him, relaxes him, and hypnotizes him. It isn't easy, but when he can't sleep, he can summon the ability to put things to sleep along with him, or takes the very harmonics, etc... of noises, and seals them in an envelope and sleeps on them. Like any crazily tired person. they become monstrous and do whatever they can to take out the things that get in their way of getting to dreamland.
