bobby cathode was once a normal guy but a mishap consisting of a skateboard, pinata and a whole lot of jelly meant he would be stuck with a tv set on his head for the rest of his life. ever since then bobby has been able to intercept phone calls, emails, tv broadcasts and pretty much any transmitted signal. he is extremly paranoid of the government, and they dont seem to like him much either
