Hello friend! This is Weapony! I contact you because I would like to invite you to participate in caracteria, a group exhibition that I am preparing in my city as a part of a festival driven by the trends of urban culture. There will be also live music, break dance, graffiti exhibitions, etc. .. caracteria will be opened on December the 20th in the cultural center of Burlada (Spain) and will end on January the 3rd. The exhibition will consist of two parts: 1. A sample of work carried out by two local artists (Pin and Nesh) and myself. 2. A sample of work of different illustrators who want to participate. If you are interested send me an e-mail with your character design on a white background (several characters also accepted). This character will be printed on a thick paper as a part of a composition. The dimensions of the support will be 50cm high x 30cm wide. A friend made me watch one of Bobby Chui's pod casts. It was humbling to watch him work. It's a small world. I was looking on his blog and he's buddies with a couple of my other favourite illustrators Jason Seiler Alberto Ruiz & Stephen Silver. There all stupidly good.

I've yet to meet a person who isn't robot crazy. If I do bump into that rare individual the first thing I'll ask them is "What's wrong with you! Robots are ace!" PS. I've just taken a sneak peak of your website. Very cool stuff. I need to get on with mine. The work on show isn't really a reflection of the way I want to go. That's how it is when you've not been freelance long. It's all about paying the bills. Anyway, great stuff!

Haha yeah i know how it goes. I've been super busy with some websites that i haven't gotten to do much else. That's awesome you have stuff in two books coming out. I'll see what i can do about that janitor figure;) I would love to be able to make some. There will at least be buttons (and probably stickers) pretty soon once my freelance stuff slows down.
