Russell the half-human, half-horse being from Philippine mythology. A very mischievous creature, the Tikbalang loves wreaking havoc by scaring the poor townfolk in the provinces and courting the beautiful maidens from the villages. It is said that if you tame a Tikbalang by tying a rope around it's neck he will give you treasures beyound your wildest dreams....good luck taming this one.
