Strange but nice! I cannot see properly, but is there any legs? From what i can see to support the whole body are the arms wearing a super long sleeve and where are the legs? Maybe hidden somewhere? This colour also reminds me of the horse-rider or military officer walking or standing in front of Buckingham Palace in London.
