Blucifer has been living in the shadow of his big brother, Lucifer, since he was created, and has always yearned for Lucifer's approval. While in heaven, Lucifer was placed in charge of the heavenly choir of billions of angels, while Blucifer was placed in charge of Sunday night bingo. When Lucifer began his plot to become ruler of heaven and overthrow God, Blucifer blindly followed along, without really giving it much thought, simply because he wanted to impress his brother. Now, however, Blucifer has developed a strong and deep resentment towards Lucifer for getting him cast out of heaven. He is seemingly subservient and dutiful to Lucifer, but behind his back Blucifer schemes to overthrow his big brother, and keep this world for himself. To carry out Blucifer's secret plans and machinations, he recruits his impressionable minions from among the less-than-lucky frequenters of bingo parlors across the United States.
