Hello friend! This is Weapony! I contact you because I would like to invite you to participate in caracteria, a group exhibition that I am preparing in my city as a part of a festival driven by the trends of urban culture. There will be also live music, break dance, graffiti exhibitions, etc. .. caracteria will be opened on December the 20th in the cultural center of Burlada (Spain) and will end on January the 3rd. The exhibition will consist of two parts: 1. A sample of work carried out by two local artists (Pin and Nesh) and myself. 2. A sample of work of different illustrators who want to participate. If you are interested send me an e-mail with your character design on a white background (several characters also accepted). This character will be printed on a thick paper as a part of a composition. The dimensions of the support will be 50cm high x 30cm wide. Thanks! ;) These guys are all pretty small. For example, Skratch, the orange Skummy, he is tiny about 2cm mayebe 3 with his ears. Experihound is about 2 inches. I have also made some bigger ones which look really neat they are about 5 inches high. Yeah the clay is really fun, it's really light as well. The kind I use is made locally I know that there is a similar clay called bouncing clay that you can find internationally. Here is a link to buy this stuff online, else give me a shout and I can post you a pack. http://www.kalahari.net/art/product.asp?sku=30690271 I use the canon G9 to take the photos, its a great compact, does excellent macro shots as well as macro video ;)

Hey, thanks for the comment man ;) I use this new type of clay, here in South Africa its called crazy clay, I have heard it being called Bouncing clay too. Its really nice stuff, dries to a foamy rubber which can bend well. If a character falls he just bounces. However, if it gets water on it disintegrates... so not the best for long term stuff... Have not tried any molding yet, although that is top of the list :)

im ernst, ich persönlich find deine sachen wirklich gut, bin auch immer viel am probieren. aber meist viel agenturstress, jetzt im winter fehlt mir der elan. hab noch massig undigitalised material rumfliegen und noch ne menge zeug zum reinzeichnen. freut mich aber auf mojizu gleichgesinnte zu finden, die genauso verrückt sind. cheers. coburg liegt in deutschland, ca 100 km von nürnberg entfernt.
