Fishleg was created in the labs of Fishleg Studios to be a mechanical servant of its creators. Created from found pieces in the laboratory, Fishleg has the ability to be very fish-like, but prefers to get around by hopping or, even more exhilirating, his boot toe and heel lift to reveal a rubber tire underneath which helps him get around quicker at break-neck speeds. In a freak creation accident, one of of the two creators was consumed by Fishleg-301X.
