The agreement between you and Mojizu.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Mojizu. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Last updated April 17, 2026
1. Who we are
Mojizu is operated by Sabet Brands (“Mojizu”, “we”, “us”), based in Newport Beach, California. Mojizu is a curated social community for original character design. Contact: ali@sabet.com.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian consents to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for your account credentials and for anything done through your account.
3. Curated submissions
Every Moji upload is reviewed by our panel. We accept or decline submissions based on originality, craft, composition, and the upload rules. We may remove, edit, or require revisions to content at our discretion. Not every upload will be accepted.
Once a Moji is approved and minted as numbered editions, it becomes part of the permanent community record. You may archive your approved Mojis (hide them from public surfaces) at any time, but you cannot delete them — other people may own numbered editions and battle history that reference them.
4. No AI-generated art
Work uploaded to Mojizu must be hand-drawn or hand-illustrated by you. Digital tools are welcome (iPad, Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio, Wacom, etc.). Work that is generated by AI image models — in whole or in part — is not permitted and will be rejected or removed after the fact. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
5. Content license you grant to Mojizu
See our Content License page for the full license you grant us when you upload a Moji. In short: you retain ownership of your art; you grant Mojizu a broad, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and merchandise it in connection with the platform and our advertising.
6. Mojicash and the marketplace
Mojicash ($MC) is a virtual good with no real-money value. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or withdrawn for cash. Purchased Mojicash is non-refundable except where required by law. Only earned Mojicash can be wagered in Moji War battles; purchased Mojicash may be used to buy editions, tip, and pay fees, but not to place wagers.
Secondary-market sales on Mojizu pay the seller and the original creator (10% royalty on every resale, forever) entirely in Mojicash. Prices are denominated in $MC.
7. Community conduct
Don't harass people. Don't upload someone else's work. Don't attempt to manipulate ratings, battles, or markets. Don't submit NSFW, hateful, or illegal content. Don't try to circumvent moderation or the upload rules. Violating these norms can result in takedowns, suspensions, and forfeiture of Mojicash balances.
8. Takedowns and terminations
We may remove content or suspend accounts for any violation of these terms or applicable law, or to comply with legal process (DMCA, CSAM reporting, court orders). If a Moji is taken down, owners of numbered editions are reimbursed in Mojicash at the most recent sale price (or an equivalent) where feasible.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Mojizu is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojizu and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
